Ok, this post is truely belated but hiakz ... I was really bogged down by work and my princess. The chalet was courtesy of her Ah Ma, my mummy! The party was according to my fave Hello Kitty Theme. Cake was from Pinkginger and agar agar cake from Mr and Mrs James Chan! Photos were nicely taken by Lil A's aunty Jenny. N of coz, special thanks to all the kind people who came and made the party a success!

My darling was very happy that afternoon and oblidge to let everyone and anyone to carry her. She was mostly delighted at singing her birthday song but as the photo session drag on, she starts throwing her tantrums coz she wanted her nap.

Finally, brought Lil A to take her photo shoot coz she can finally sit still without support. The sad thing is, she was super grouchy, Had a hard time making her laugh to take the shots. And many of the shots turn out, daddy and bb nice, mummy not nice, mummy and daddy nice, lil A not nice, mummy and lil A nice, daddy not nice. Headache! N I'm really fat in the pixs!!! Her individual shoots and most shoots with daddy turn out nice though and mummy is the one paying for everything coz otherwise the stingy daddy WILL NOT entertain us. Hiakz ... =(

Now still mulling over which 5 pixs to choose for the package since I bought back all the negatives for Lil A.

Lil A goes Gymboree Stage 2

Lil A juz attended the stage 2 trial last sunday and she seems to totally hate it, hiakz, didn't see her laugh like the last time and she even cried and scream when I ask her to go thru the tunnel.

She can crawl like siao at home But she simply refused to do so at gymboree on Sunday, totally not interested in the toys given to entice her. She only started to crawl at snail speed when we throw daddy's mobile into the tunnel. So clever hur, cheap toys dun wan, expensive phone she wan.

So again, we did not sign up coz she dun seem to enjoy the session.

Lil A goes Gymboree Stage 1

Lil A has her first lesson at Gymboree on 25 Apr with her bb friends and she totally luvs it! Kept laughing heartily at Gymbo.

Problem is she is a "old" baby liao, class was meant for up to 6th months and she was way passed that when she attend. So she kept flipping over and I had a hard time trying to keep her still!!!

Even though she enjoyed the session, we did not sign up coz she seems too advanced for this stage liao.

Poor precious landed in hospital

My precious landed in hospital on Sat evening due to gastric flu, poor princess suffered so much, she literally vomited till the greenish gut juices oso come out.

We first took her to the family clinic at TMC, after she puked 4 times after every feed. Doc said could be gastric flu since both daddy and mummy juz had it. He gave us 2 options, go home and come back if her situation does not improve or straight away admit.

We chose to bring her home to see if we can make things better for her. But she con't to vomite after every feed at home and cried till our hearts almost broke. My mum tried to help us to take care of her without avail.

Last option, rush her to hospital at 11 plus am. Admitted immediately coz she seems dehydrated already. We were oso promised that her PD will come see her soon. When I reached the given hospital room, my heart sank, it was the same room that I stayed in when her korkor was born as stillborn. In my mind, I was tinking why the hell am I doing here again?

Took care of her thru the nite and waited and waited, dare not sleep, her daddy was sleeping happily though. Till 8plus am then her PD finally arrived and it was confirmed as gastric flu. Medication was prescripted. She was a little better after the medication, finally managed fall asleep.

After the medication, she seems a little better. PD came to check on her again in the evening and said she looks more alert and told us she can go home the next day if this con't. Sadly, she vomited once more shortly after PD left. We got worried that she cannot go home if she still keeps on vomiting. So my mummy rush to little india to get betel leaves to soothe her stomach wind which works coz shortly after we warmed her tummy, she farts and poop. Finally managed to collect stools samples for her cultured test.

N she gave loud blurps, more gasses released. Was able to take in a lil milk without vomiting finally.

Mon morning, PD came to check on her again and said she can be discharged but gotta take antibotics and review on this Fri.

Now she seems better but still she cannot take in much milk, still monitoring her condition and praying hard she will recover soon. She lost weight and looks so frail that it really makes my heart break. No matter how strong I am, it really hurts me big time to see her suffer.

Abrielle had her first Yoga lesson

Last sat, brought lil A for her first Yoga class, and I tink she was so relaxed that she fell asleep in the middle of the class and poor me had to con't the rest of the class without a baby =.="

I would say that the class is fun and we got to share experience with other mummies in class and I realised, I'm not the only mummy with bb with poor weight gain. My classmate and my teacher's princesses were on lower percentile than lil A. Its really great to find some support and encouragement from one another.

Haircut today

Abrielle was still rather happy when we step into Hua Xia to do her paintbrushes and stamp. But once we progress to cut her hair, all hell broke loose!!!! N daddy was darn pissed that my hair became so short and scolded mummy BIG TIME! Poor mummy, spent close to $600 and got so much scolding. Ah ma oso complain I dun look cute anymore ... sobsssss ...

Hmmm ... wats happening? Pouts ... dun like that sound ...
No no no .... dun cut my fringe pls!!!!
Daddy says I look so ugly ... if he had know its gonna be so short, he would not have let mummy bring me go cut.
